Isaiah 45:9 states that we don't have any right to ask God what he is doing with our lives or where he has placed us. Yet these questions invariably creep into our minds when we suffer or life doesn't turn out how we had hoped or planned. Job's main gripe seems to be "I just want to know why" to which God replies "What is it to you?".
This collection of songs is my sacrifice of praise to an Almighty Holy God; not out of defying him or questioning his sovereignty, but more of a response from my brokenness, and a quiet acquiescence that he is in fact Almighty. I hope these songs resonate with you and that you can find meaning here amongst the potsherds.
